The theme for this 2022 Construction Safety Week is connected, supported, ad safe. Safety unites us across teams, companies and the entire industry. We’re connected side-by-side in building stronger and safer industries. We are supported by helping each other stay focused on the job, regardless of our role or workplace setting. Joe Garera has been Spartan Safety Director for 29 years and Spartan thanks him for his leadership and commitment to safety. Joe’s career spans more than 27 years in the Fire and Emergency Services, with overlapping service in volunteer, military, and career departments. Joe’s passion outside of work lies as a volunteer with the National Fragile X Foundation and he enjoys opportunities to speak on Fragile X Issues at conferences.
